Immersion in the world of hydroelectricity

The Sahanivotry hydroelectric power plant opened its doors to a group of enthusiastic visitors, marking a day rich in discovery and learning. In total, 47 people had the opportunity to dive into the heart of the operation of this crucial energy production facility.

Among the visitors were 43 talented students from the Technical and Vocational High School of Antsirabe, specializing in Mechanical Manufacturing, accompanied by 4 dedicated supervisors. This educational visit offered these future professionals a unique opportunity to see up close the complex mechanisms of a hydroelectric power plant.

For these students, this immersion in the world of hydroelectricity represents an invaluable educational experience. They were able to observe in practice the theoretical principles studied in class, and discover the challenges and issues of renewable energy production.

The Sahanivotry power station is proud to have been able to share its expertise and contribute to the training of these young talents. The enthusiasm and curiosity of the participants made this day particularly memorable.
